This will be a time of fasting and prayer for our nation and the upcoming election which ends at 10 PM on Election Day (official pole closing  time). See Al Sturkie for a prayer schedule.

 

CWOC’s Youth Ministry

Looks Ahead!

 

Crossroads’ Youth Ministry is in a stage of                                  development! We now have a Ministry                                  Team! This team includes parents, one of                                  our youth, and youth pastor veterans.  The                                  first goal of this team is to cast a vision for                                  our program and work together to come                                  up with new, creative ideas to get us there.                                   In the future this team will only meet about twice a year to help plan events for the year. I can't wait to get started, I know that it will be a jump start to the next phase of our ministry.

 

In addition to a Ministry Team, we are also working on a Specialty Team. The purpose of this team is to use people's specific gifts, such as technology, website design, fundraising, etc., when needed.  A big thank you goes out to Bradley Frye who has already volunteered to design a web page!  These individuals will meet as-needed with the Youth Pastor and will be an incredible asset to the next phase of Youth Ministry here at Crossroads.

 

Crossroads family, you are pivotal to the success of ministry here! I challenge you to look for new ways to use your talents and abilities! There is always a place for your particular place in ministry! Please feel free to ask any of our pastoral staff how you can get involved and be effective in ministry. You are the future of our church and you are important!
