Find Your Gifts And Flow!

Quite often, people ask me questions such as, “Where did you come up with the idea to write something?”, or “How did you come up with the idea for a sermon?” Most often, I’ll respond: “It wasn’t me.” To be honest, the creative genius of God to use people (like us) never ceases to amaze me as He releases His inspiration within us.
The gifts that God has designed within us are to be productive. Each one of us has several gifts (strengths / abilities) that the Almighty designed within our spiritual DNA. Some people are creative. Some people are nurturing. Some folks enjoy working on things with their hands – whether fixing something or cleaning it – and then sitting back and getting satisfaction of looking at what they did. I believe all of these are giftings that God has placed within us.
During this time of PRAYER & FASTING, we will find ourselves more sensitive to the Holy Spirit. We need to be evermore aware that the little nudge we feel inside to do something may be much more than a “good idea”. In fact, it may well be a GOD idea. I want to see CWOC flow in the gifts that the Holy Spirit designed us for. So, find your gifts and flow!
